Ingredients:
150 g all-purpose flour
300 ml milk
2 eggs
30 ml oil
Pinch of salt
1 tsp vanilla sugar
1 tsp cinnamon

Instructions:
In a mixing bowl, add flour, eggs, oil, cinnamon, salt, and vanilla sugar.
Pour in half of the milk and whisk to make a thick batter, removing all lumps.
Add the remaining milk and mix until smooth and liquid.
Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and lightly brush with oil.
Pour in some batter, spread evenly, and cook until golden on one side.
Flip and cook the other side.
Repeat until all batter is used. Serve warm with your favorite toppings.

  2. I'm French and I approve ! Looks delicious. You can also add a little bit of rhum to your crêpes before cooking them, that’s the most traditional way ! 🙂
