  1. Ingredients:
    2 chocolate chip brioche rolls
    Nutella
    2 medium eggs
    50ml milk
    1tsp vanilla
    1-2tbsp granulated sugar
    ½tsp cinnamon

    1) Slice the bread in half and spread over your Nutella, then put the halves back together.

    2) Cut the rolls into quarters using a sawing motion.

    3) Whisk together the eggs, milk, and vanilla in a large bowl until combined.

    4) Coat the bites in the mix and drip off any excess.

    5) Melt some butter in a pan and toast the bites on each side until golden.

    6) Mix together the sugar and cinnamon.

    7) Coat the bites in the cinnamon sugar on each side until fully covered.

    8) Enjoy!

  3. I tried making this but I would give it a 7/10 because when I dipped it in the mixture and cooked it, it was still wet and moist inside and it didn't cook that well in the inside.
