I make a peach and cherry tomato sause with white beans, basil, onions and garlic. With koren red chili flakes, finished with goat cheese. This seem very a like in flavor profile. I'll have to try it.
The 1st plating was just like I wanted to eat that right away the second plating looked kind of messy everybody else liked it but for me I kind of liked that contained look
That looks fantastic! I've had something similar before when I was in Asheville. It had burrata instead of the spread you made, normal basil, and there was no chorizo oil. It was still fantastic tho so I can't imagine how much better this is!!
I would plate it in a different way. I would leave all the components separate so that people could experiment with combining only certain parts of this dish together. They all seem like they would play really well together, so no matter what combo you chose it would be delicious.

What… what is that thing? Vorwerk? Thermomix? I went to their website, and now I’m even less sure of what it does.
What is the machine?

I don't care about the plating but that looks delicious
2nd plating is definitely the better choice
Now adding peach pit pliers to the "gadgets, etc" drawer in the kitchen
First one, always
Nice job on the ricotta replacement.
respectfully, in a platonic way, you're a beautiful man
I would not eat that but it looks great
Trash
The plate is beautiful but it's hard to imagine tomatoes and peaches tasting good together.
Excuse me chorizo chili oil???
It looks very good. I'm curious about the yuzu, but to be honest I'd eat it either way
looks really good 👍
Putting tomatoes in a dish is just cheating
Now blend and make an ice cream.
What do i think? I think you have amazing tastebuds and i'll def try out this recipe. I like the plating along the sides better!
Yup the second one
Don't these thermal blenders cost over 1000€?
