During our stay at French Quarter: Port Orleans, we tried some food from Sassagoula Floatworks to go, back to our room. We reviewed the King Cake, Shrimp Po Boy, Korean Impossible Burger, and the Black Truffle fries. This is our second video and still working to grow, learn and evolve our style, so we hope you enjoy!

Such a well-balanced review👏 I love when someone takes the time to really consider what they’re tasting rather than just rushing through it. I’ve had all four of those items at Sassagoula during previous stays, and your takes on them made me smile. There’s definitely no shortage of truffle across Disney menus lately… though whether that’s a blessing or a cautionary tale depends on the dish.
I actually remember enjoying the Korean Impossible Burger more for its ambition than its execution. Your rating is extremely on the head. But if you ever find yourselves at Tokyo Disneyland, the soy-glazed plant-based gyoza buns at Tomorrowland Terrace are a lovely counterpoint layered, balanced, and somehow comforting in a way Disney rarely gets quite right stateside.
Appreciate you sharing, it brought back fond memories 😊
Great video! I really enjoyed hearing your reviews.
