Step 1: Present the bottle with label facing guest
Step 2: Cut foil neatly below the lip of bottle
Step 3: Loosen cage (6 turns) while keeping thumb on cork
Step 4: Hold bottle at 45° angle, twist bottle gently – NOT the cork
Step 5: Release cork slowly with a soft pop
Step 6: Wipe bottle neck & pour gently in flutes (1/3rd, then top up)
