Similar to the Filipino dish🇵🇭 bakareta (beef) or kaldereta (goat) except paprika is replace with tomatoe sauce.
It's more of a stew than a soup. Instead of oil, traditionally use rendered lard. It needs to be cooked with the potatoes until thickened. Add 2 to 3 tablespoons of "Erös Pista." Greetings from Europe
