Earlier this year a friend Amanda and asked could she teach me How To Make Homemade Croissant (how to make the at home ) She was kind enough to take us in to her bakery kitchen and share some of her tips.
A couple of game changers:
1) UMaking the dough ahead of time
2) Using a really good quality butter..
3) lightly brushing the outside with egg wash.
That being said it’s not easy to know How To Make Homemade Croissants, its a lot of workt.
