Where's the white wine? An italian would NEVR serve this ontop or aside frm pasta..strange and untraditional, after a couple drinks in, I'd probably dive headfirst in that plate, no matter what. In italia u wouldnt see a dish like this eventho its "french" style chicken they make skip the pasta!!
