🧂 Ingredients List:
1 tbsp olive oil
1 onion, thinly sliced
1/3 cup black olives, sliced
20–24 Costco chicken basil garlic meatballs (or your favorite pre-cooked meatballs)
Salt & black pepper (to taste)
2 tbsp tomato paste
1 large can diced tomatoes
1/3 to 1/2 cup heavy cream
A few fresh basil leaves

🍳 Instructions

1. Sauté aromatics
– Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add sliced onions and sauté for 3–4 minutes until soft but not browned.

2. Add olives and meatballs
– Stir in black olives and cook for another 2 minutes.
– Add meatballs and stir gently for about 1 minute to coat in the oil and aromatics.

3. Build the sauce
– Stir in tomato paste, salt, and pepper. Mix well and cook for another 3–4 minutes to deepen the flavor.

4. Simmer
– Add the diced tomatoes, reduce heat slightly, and cover the pan. Let it simmer for 10–12 minutes, stirring occasionally.

5. Finish with cream and basil
-Remove the lid, pour in the heavy cream, and stir to combine.
– Add fresh basil leaves and cook for 1 more minute.

6. Serve
-Serve warm over your choice of pasta, rice, Israeli couscous, or quinoa.
