Looking for an original and delicious place to eat in Paris?
In this video, I review Confluence, a fantastic new restaurant in the 11th arrondissement, where French gastronomy meets Asian flavors in a truly inventive fusion.
From creative starters to refined desserts, everything I tried was beautifully presented and full of flavor. I’ll take you through the menu, the ambiance, the prices — and of course, I’ll give you my final rating.
🍽️ Whether you’re a foodie or just looking for one of the best new restaurants in Paris, Confluence is definitely worth a look.

Incredible … I will make a reservation for my next trip.
Your Paris video reviews are simply outstanding.
Merci, Alain! My apt. I’ve rented for end of Oct. is just down the street, so I shall be eagerly trying this. Love all your videos.👏👏👏
Merci, Alain!! I enjoyed your review as usual. France may have a closer culinary relationship with Vietnam due to history. This is what gave us Phó!! May I suggest a restaurant that is not but 10 minutes walk from Confluence? I will harp about my Kababayan’s(countryman, in Tagalog, yes, the Philippines) restaurant which we visited on our trip 8 weeks ago. The name is Reyna on Rue de Montreuil. I hope you consider my recommendation and that it does not disappoint!! I know in France you address the wait staff as Monsieur or Madame, we Pilipinos tend to be a little more cozy and address them by their name. So, if you ever pay Reyna a visit, send our regards to Edgar! He may remember us as a group of 10 who sat at the front of the restaurant with a special child(whom I must say, he dealt with expertly)who came last June!! Merci!!
Not sure…Too fusion for my taste.
Excellent vid-concise, descriptive & insightful. As usual, you’ve left me envious (lol)
