  5. can i make it without condense milk? maybe boil milk with sugar and cinamon then let it cool, and then follow the rest os the recipe? (just milk, eggs and sugar)

  6. Can you please elaborate on how to make the caramel golden brown, how long does it take, high, medium or low heat. I see you are using Hexclad nonstick pan. Is that ok? Thank you very much.
