Crispy Potato French Fries
Recipe :
1. Cut Potatoes: Peel and cut potatoes into uniform sticks.
2. Rinse & Soak: Rinse in cold water, then half boil in water for 4 to 5 minutes.
3. Dry Thoroughly: Pat potatoes completely dry with a towel. Crucial for crispiness!
4. First Fry (Blanch): Fry in oil (150-160°C) for 5-7 mins until soft but not browned. Remove and cool.
5. Second Fry (Crisp): Increase oil temp (180-190°C). Fry again until golden brown and crispy.
6. Season & Serve: Drain, salt immediately, and serve hot.
