  5. Ok, someone help me please with what he's referring to when he says "like King Edward's" when talking about the potatoes. Is that a type of potato? If so, cam someone help me out with the American equivalent? Thank you! Can't wait to seeore of this lovely gentleman. He's definitely a great teacher.

  6. As an American I had to Google swede puree. We call them rutabagas here. They're delicious, but I've never had them mashed. This looks delicious, I'll have to try it 😋
