I work at a restaurant and my boss gets pissed any time someone gives us a bad review and we try telling him that you can’t make everyone happy sometimes people just don’t like it, and to us it’s whatever but to him it’s an insult and acts like it’s our fault. People killing yourself and the reason being that someone didn’t like your place of business despite success is…..stupid. Fancy ass restaurants are also stupid.
