I'm not a professional chef but some things I do to Make my salads more appealing when I make them for a family member is I make sure to add something to boost of the flavor like bits of sauteed mushrooms, grilled veggies, or A meat of choice. Also a good rule of thumb is to always add seasoning before dressing. Also make sure to balance the dressing, You want to be able to taste the greens but also have them be complimented by the dressing. (These are my tips although they aren't very professional and I didn't know specifically what to tip on due to lack of information on the salad. I hope you get to pursue your culinary prowess)

Taste as you go. Make extra salad, season it all, taste it. Add more. You can always add more, you cannot take away.
Season at every step in the cooking process. Build flavor in layers and you will be golden.
Love your content dude, I'm in for the long run
