DROP IN THE PALM – gingerbread

TASTE

Creamy sherry, Christmas spices, spicy dark honey, raisins, ginger, nuts, caramel, youthful though
FINISH
Short finish, peppery oak, dry
EMPTY GLASS – sherry

WITH WATER:
Nose: inviting with sherry and chocolate notes
Taste: soft sherry and chocolate and then warm oak spice

COMMENT: quite decent for a 10yo
