We teach other bed, from our huts
I went to some great restaurants in France. It was a while ago, so things changed. The food was excellent but it was simple. It was good not semi artistic creations . When you look at the plates in the video…there is nothing to eat, to be honest.
Food first of all has to nourish us…in the best quality possible, fresh, preferably local as it is the most suitable for us. Honest food. The presentation, surroundings play a role, but it is the background not the purpose of why we need food. By all means, use the best ingredients, but we do not have to have truffles with everything. Stop changing a piece of meat so we really do not know any more what we eat.
When we satisfy our hunger and the pleasure the food can bring, make food the priority, not weird experiments of chefs who want to “be different “, at the end they are more and more the same…
