  1. I call bs. He put cornstarch or something in this; emulsified butter and lemon juice is never elastic like this is.

  2. start with lemon juice then add shallots and garlic (optional) then add in butter slowly and whisk it slow and add parsley once you add in your butter and incorporated

  3. Try using white pepper for a highly refined cleaner looking sauce. Either way this is definitely a delicious addition to fish and sometimes chicken😋👍

  4. Been making a sauce like this for years. I add thyme and serve it on top of rice (usually also with salmon).

  5. Why do i not see the foam that comes from butter? what type of butter are you using where you dont need to scrape the foam off the butter? How you make your sauce so thick also?

  6. This from the description: Yield 3oz of sauce
    Ingredients:
    3 Tablespoons lemon juice
    7 Tablespoons Salted butter
    1 Tablespoon chopped parsley
    Salt and Pepper to taste
Sugar to taste (if sauce is too acidic)

Even though it's in the description. I would be better if the video added a text overlay of the ingredient measurements so others can make it. Looking at this we're just guessing how much of each to add to the pan.

  7. I once made this accidentally, didn't know how to make it and it wasn't my intention for it to thicken but it did and it was perfect but when i tried to make it again i couldn't😂
