  1. little education for you.. it was NOT Rolls Royce, it was Bentley… I recommend you to spend little time to go around the cars next time, if you must mention the names… meanwhile have you ever thought to make any emphasis on the floor plans about the amount of the spaces? for instance it is so nonsense to squeeze the master bedroom right behind the fire place in the living room, after wasting that much space useless.. especially, paying $ 2 Mil. for the mormon town… yikes…

  2. TIMOTHY?? THIS IS THE SAME STYLES OF HOMES, MY HUSBAND AND I SEEN WHEN WE WAS IN THE SOUTH OF FRANCE, BUT THEY DIDN'T HAVE THESE KINDS OF EXTRA ADDED FEATURES LIKE THIS ONE DOES!! VERY VILLA LIKE WITH A TOUCH OF CHIC!! YOU HAVE TO EXPERIENCE AND SEE FOR YOURSELF WHAT THESE PLACES LOOK LIKE, SOME UNDERSTAND AND OTHER'S DON'T, BUT YOU DO!! YOU ARE CHANGING YOUR STRATEGY AND IT'S WORKING!! THANK YOU FOR SHARING THIS WITH US!!😊

  3. Dont think I'd like any open showers like that, let's out the warm air/feel the cold air coming from AC ha. I like the AC when im mostly dry, but when I'm showering I enjoy the hot water and steam. With open showers i dont think you can get that.

  4. Timothy,
I know i mentioned this before, but you must have missed it.
Scalloping = uuuuuuu, the rounded portion is hanging down.
What you're looking at is FLUTING. Ask Jen.

Typically when there's a bedroom suite off by itself, it's for the hired help.

  5. That front “study” is too small imo. For such a large house, I would prefer less rooms – just make the rooms bigger. The interior paint colour looks too yellow (but it could be the video). Great tour as usual Thankyou!

  6. Sorry I thought the “scallop” designed was called fluted. I wonder what the difference is.

Either way beautiful home, Utah sure knows how to build beauty.

  7. Probably by far the best home, you’ve shown us love the high-tech love the classicism -+ modernity love the French style. I’m not a fan of the Midwest style (no more wagon wheel chandeliers please -helicopter so this particular home truly resonates. My only critique is the scallop accent wall adjacent to the fireplace in the LR. DR could be bigger. Solar? Generator? Tres chic. Thank you for going slowly.

  8. I kept waiting for a real dining room… maybe that wasted space up front could serve as a dining area.

  9. Very nice place.

That front sitting room should have a Coat Closet where those shelves are. It then would be the perfect Guest Parlor.

I think the Island could be moved back a bit. Needs more room between the Sink and the Range. Needs a Pot Filler at the Range.

    This place needs an Elevator.

Too much with the scallops, don't need them everywhere.

  10. Ugh, this house is absolutely stunning, I love it. I love arches, so I may be biased lol. I normally am not a fan of exposed beams, but they've made them into designs and it looks so nice. The scallops? Love it. And the VIEWS. Only things I would change are a) most of the house is a little too "beige" for my taste, I'd want more pops of even just subtle colours, and b) not a fan of the scallops on the shower bench and the door handles – as someone with sensory issues, I don't think I'd be a fan.

  11. First of all, this does not look like a modern French house to me. I have seen them in books and on-line, and this one does not look like them. And why does a house with this much sq ft and this expensive have secondary bedrooms that are so small and that don't even have ensuites? Another thing, the remote for the privacy glass in the MB will be lost in time as it is so small, as will all those other remotes for changing colors of lights. Those things are so un-needed and are just there to take away from the flaws of this house. How many people are going to hire professionals to dust the two story bookcase in the LR. And this home looks so out of touch with the neighborhood behind it. And I personally would not want to usher my guests through my pantry to my only outside area. Nice try though.

  12. As much as I like watching your videos, I get dizzy every time watching it. Maybe because the way you shot your videos

  13. Друг, почему нет звуковой дорожки на русском языке?

  14. I'd love to see more info on the HVAC system. Personally I'm not really a fan of Tankless Water Heaters. They provide nearly endless hot water but typically they're less that 1.0 on UEF (Uniform Energy Factor) where as modern Heat Pump Water Heaters are 3-4.x. Heating water accounts for a third of your electric expenditure in many homes. That's an areas of focus for a forever home and you can do some neat things with hydronic heading. Also love to see what they choose for Air Filtration. If you've ever been in a home with Top Tier filtration there are no odd smells. You could have a dirty cat litter box in your living room and you probably wouldn't smell it anywhere else in the home.

  15. That en suite bathroom!! WOW!! That privacy glass 08:11 is needed on all the ever-popular clear glass showers that every builder or remodeler is installing!!!! Nobody wants to see anybody's "gibbly bits", hahaha!! 🤣 I love the details galore! From seamless outlets by the stove, that gorgeous fridge, the "Costco door" into the pantry (brilliant)! My parents would buy that house just for that Costco door. And that 5 car garage…my brother would be all over it! Does the RR or MBz come with the house? Haha!

  16. Definitely want a separation door to the bathroom. Hate it when it is open this way. Also do not like that fluted tile…. Ery difficult to keep clean.
