Jackson is OBSESSED with macarons so it was a no brainer to surprise him with a cooking class at @maisonfleuret
The teacher and class were amazing and – total curve ball – TIM was a rockstar at piping! Who knows, maybe “The Rural Baker” will be coming soon 😉

I'm curious what type of food colorings were those? I'm only interested in natural colorings, not synthetic/chemical. Which aren't nearly as vivid in color, but that's ok, esp for macarons. Pale colors are nice for those.
