Thank You to Silvia, for coordinating all the food stops at Marché Beauvau in the Alligré neighborhood and for the cooking experience at Blé Sucré 😋

There can be cheese in a quiche but not in a quiche lorraine.
And a mum's croque monsieur won't have béchamel.
Otherwise thanks for the adresses.
Est ce que les recommandations d’il y a 2+ ans sont toujours d’actualité? Je pense surtout aux restos. Merci Antoine et Coleen, vous êtes les meilleurs!
Minor pet peeve: there is no cheese in quiche lorraine. Although people in Lorraine also eat quiches with cheese (and they sell pretty well), they're not the traditional ones and are sometimes called "quiches comtoises" for the cheese is usually comté (not Swiss cheese but cheese from the neighbouring region Franche-Comté).
How awesome love Marc’s channel too congratulations on the collaboration
2 ot the best food content creators! Cheers
Was this film 2 days ago? It still looks pretty cold in Paris. We are going next week.
Thank you for this amazing video of tasting 10 Parisian street foods with legendary musician Mark Wiens👍
This is a wonderful vlog with Mark ! I’m new to your channel here on YouTube and now subscribed ❤ . I love seeing Paris or France 🇫🇷 in general through your eyes , I’ve been to Paris twice in the past. The first time it was a bit intimidating not knowing the language and we experienced some mean waiters at restaurants! The second time years later was a whole and completely different experience, it was beautiful and we knew where to go and eat. 😍 … I hope I get to visit again and will consider a lot of your recommendations!
Love it!!!! I subscribed to both channels
I was there at Ble Sucre last year in June, it was the best pain au chocolate I’ve ever had. Thank you for the sweet memory!!!
Some of the 3 nicest foodies out there! Lovely to see you together!
2 americans and 1 thai playing the gastronomical experts is just too funny (from a european perspective)
Les Frenchies & Mark Wiens – a collab made in heaven!
Wow!! I love Mark! Good collab guys!!
My wife and I will be celebrating her 70th birthday in Paris next month. We'll be staying near the Opera. Can you recommend a nice restaurant within walking distance for a nice birthday meal? We don't need a Michelin star, and she doesn't eat meat, but fish is fine. Thank you in advance. We love your videos and have learned a lot from them.
Exciting to see you wander and taste with Mark Wiens!
no bites for Mark!😂 just mouthfuls
Pretty wild collaboration ❤
Did Mark Weins bring along his son to be the videographer??? I think the kid is below 12 years-old and he seems quite good with handling the camera.

OMG – I would roll through the streets of Paris after all the delicious food 😂😊
I just got back from Paris and I cannot emphasize enough to people going soon on how they should go to more restaurants besides bistros or cafes. I don’t want to dog on the people I was with, but they were all we ate at. We passed up so many small dives, street food stands, ethnic food shops, etc for bistros. While they ranged in quality and price, they still were expensive and were basically clones of one another, with the same food on each menu with a few changes in between. I sound spoiled saying this but if I even smell another truffle I might throw up 😆. I watch these videos as a way to find cool restaurants, and it gives me motivation to return to Paris just to find these so I get a more varied experience with dining and eating like a local and not a tourist.
Wow, wow! Love the collab! I am subscribed to both of your YT channels 😊
Wow, please tell me you that didn't eat/taste all that food in one day! — Having learned how to make a beyond perfect "Des Oeufs au Lait" in France in the 70's, I still call it that 'till this day. Simply delicious.
WHATS THE PRICE???!!!!!
Vous devriez mentionner dans quel arrondissement vous êtes.
Great video. This took a lot of editing since it was shot by several people using all type of cameras. It's not a complaint but the sound wasn't always consistent. It could have been adjusted in editing before the release. To be honest I didn't know Mark Wiens.
