When businesses force service staff rely on the charity of others to survive. Quit the bullshit fees. Make the price what it is including the fees and taxes and abolish all versions of tipping. If you must, pay the server in cash for the tipped amount. Then let the establishment you will no longer patronize them. Also, recruit others. If you starve the establishments out, they will stop this bullshit.
