Best way to spot a fake #wine snob? If they serve red wines at ROOM TEMPERATURE.
And nothing makes #TanazDaruwalla’s blood boil more!

The term “room temperature” comes from #french standards—which means anywhere between 15 to 18°C, not the 32°C+ heat we’re sweating through here!
If you’re drinking red wine at #indian room temp, you’re not doing your wine any favours. At higher temps, wines (especially fruity reds!) can start to taste overly alcoholic, flat, and just…off.

So here’s a quick rule of thumb:
White & #rosé #wines → Best served chilled at 8–10°C
Red Wines → Serve lightly cool at 15–18°C

So the next time you’re popping open a bottle, remember: it’s not just your temper that needs chilling—your wine does too!
