  1. Soaking it is not enough, you have to coat the potato slices with corn starch after either boiling it first or half fry it few hours before & cool it in the fridge or freeze it before the second fry

  2. Wow. So that was really quick, but thank you for showing & how long, to soak fries in water. That's exactly what I was looking for. Want to get things started before hand & wasn't sure how long I could get away with letting the fries soak ~ Thank you again sweetheart! So totally don't have one of those fry cutters, but I get the jyst on the size anyway ~

  3. There’s a better version of the potatoe cutter than this swivel mechanism there’s another version where it’s just a lever you use your own weight to push, this version isn’t good because the bottom of the potatoes get bruises when using the crank leaving you with mushy fries at the end
