Do the French really eat escargot? 🐌🇫🇷 The answer… occasionally. But when they do it is all about the garlic butter. It’s delicious.
A little snail, a LOT of sauce, and even more bread. What more could you want?

You've got yourself a meal ?! Do you think french people eat like 50 snails at once ?? Nah bro, that ain't a meal, that's the appetizer
People who want to know what snails taste like, they taste like roasted chestnuts with a rubbery chewy kind of texture. As he said, they are often filled with butter or margarine, with garlic and other herbs that break the "gamey" flavour. They're delicious.
Honestly
I tried escargot and it was alright, but I was just thinking too hard about the fact that I was eating snails 😭
Love Escargot. It is basically land shellfish. If you are a fan of baked clams or clams casino, you will like them.
Love it.
