Highlights from our 15th annual House Wine (Tour de l’Isle) Dinner. Five fabulous courses with 5 of our wonderfully distinctive wines that have been imported from the South of France since we opened 16 years ago. One of the great surprises at this dinner was the announcement of the return of Chef Derrick Sand to our kitchen. Derrick was part of our opening team, with us for 8 years, he travelled to Provence with us, worked many years with the Chef Partner from Provence, so he brings back some of the most traditional dishes and methods from our early days, he also brings a passion for “coming home again” as he is very excited to be back where he started.
