After several week of travelling in Italy and France and after tasting over two thousand wines from some 300 wineries we came back with 32 rippers!
How did we choose these 32 out of so many you may ask? Well we had a plan! A plan to find wines from historic and renowned wine regions of Italy and France that every Australian wine lover should try at some point of their wine journey! We had certain styles from these regions that we had to bring back. What we were after was just great wine! Wine that we both thought yes, I would have that in our homes. These regions have been making wine for millenniums and they know what they are doing.
