  3. Thank you so much for reminding me of this tasty dish. When we lived in the Middle East years ago, our neighbor had a house in France and brought this back after a vacation one time. I enjoyed those jars. He picked up at the local village market. I’m gonna have to try this recipe. Thank you again.

  5. you can also use the remaining fat just like butter on bread. I like to add a little rosemary and/or garlic to taste.
