NO! NOBODY THINKS ICE CREAM IS TOO HARD. AND EVEN IF THEY DID THEY SHOULD JUST GET SOFT SERVE! THIS IS SO STUPID WILL YOU MILLENNIALS JUST MAKE UP YOUR MINDS WHAT YOU WANT, GET OVER THE ANNOYING FIXATION ON EFFICIENCY IN EVERYTHING AND BE QUIET ALREADY
Nice video. I treated myself to a compressor ice-cream machine a couple of years back. It's great fun, but the most fun I've had is experimenting with more savoury flavours. My favourite being an adapted recipe from Ottolenghi for beetroot za'atar. Its lovely with things like a salad & maybe smoked mackerel during the summer.
I even recreated a memory from forty odd years ago of a liquorice gelato & a tangerine sorbet that I enjoyed with my late Grandfather. I'm away to dust off the ice-cream machine from the larder in preparation for making ice-ream this weekend now, many thanks. 🍦🍨
