  1. I do much the same – potatoes from raw, cheese is only on the top. And I'm from Harrogate. In fact, I cycled past the hotel that used to be the St. George this morning when I went out for breakfast.

    Is that why I do my dauph that way? Something in the Harrogate water that influenced both me and Marco? Well…no. Seems very unlikely, to be honest.
