Great video. What was the name of the restaurant where you had the two course lunch, please? Thanks 👍🏼
Very nice music “bed”, Carol. You have a proper ability for choosing music audio that complements Ken’s videography. Refreshing!
Totally enjoyed seeing all the lovely old towns. The French Resistance part of the video was very interesting and informative. I wrote a paper in college about the women in the French Resistance. They were in my opinion brave warriors dedicated to defending their country. Donna
wow thankyou
More lovely spots and ventures. Thankyou both for the joy you bring. Take care & stay safe. Kia Ora from New Zealand. 💜💜
Exactly what I needed this evening … to step into a fairy tale 🧚
I'm in shock, Ken! Was that a STOP sign you missed, coming out of the museum? 😂🤣🤩
Thank you for another wonderful trip through the countryside in Brittany. Thank you; 🙂❤🙂
Lovely. Yes it would be lovely to see all these picturesque villages in the sunshine. ❤❤
I just LOVE watching your videos. The harmony between the two of you, and the quality of your videos is superb.
Thank you for another superb video ❤️
Sorry to get personal but have you ever thought that possibly you may have Seasonal Affecive Disorder or SAD's. I've noticed that when weather conditions are gloomy your mood sinks and you blame it on bad filming conditions. Just a thought. Perhaps worth looking into. Take care. Loving the vlogs. 🙏 Ps. Please if I'm on the wrong track just ignore my comment. 🤗
Lovely area which is very underated. I went to the museum at St Marcel a few years ago, there`s a very good book called "The Next Moon" by Andre Hue. He was the SOE operative who was dropped into the area to organise the resistance, it covers the build up, the discovery by the Germans, and the subsequent battle. It gives a clear picture of what happened and why. Mr Hue went on to found the Special Forces club in London. Definately worth a read. 🙂
Groot is great – when all else fails one word says it all – makes narration simple in his world
That looked like a film set village as ever deserted at the start – my sort of town
Great episode guys – keep on cruising😂
Good looked great but also painful lol 😂😂😂 all good food is
It is interesting to see those places with all the little twists and turns by which one can tell they were pre-Revolution – they were ideal for fighting along unlike the straight grids which the panzers loved – park at one end and nothing can use the road without getting hit.
It’s a beautiful area! Thank you for sharing.
Such a pretty village and pretty area in general. Sorry you're feeling a bit flat, hopefully you'll perk up for the rest of your trip 😊
'Yummeey' 😄 another great vid. we arrive into Dieppe tomorrow
Lovely video as always , defo a very beautiful village.
I have to say yes to the prettiest place I think I have ever seen on film. What a delight and you had it to yourself mostly. The restaurant looked amazing as well. Thanks for taking us along really enjoyed it. Stay safe you two 🙏
Pretty place , but where are all the people ?
Hi Ken and Carol another nice video, lovely little village there are so many around France and that lunch looks so good and a nice treat for desert Greetings to you both from Stockholm Sweden
I think that was one of your most interesting videos from France. Pretty villages ( not sure about the prettiest), fascinating history with that resistance museum and a gorgeous lunch. What more could one want.
I have to agree that was a very pretty, quaint little village, lovely old buildings. 💙💙
What a lovely village great video thank you 😊
You’ve added that place to my list.
Go with the bear next time Carol. He won't grizzle about going home early. 😂
Watching as per on a quiet Sunday morning with a cuppa tea 🍵 and all essential dunking biscuits 😋 those sausages 😋 yummeeee 😂 😊😊😂😂🎉
That village was a beauty. Lots of good food and fun places to see. Thank you. Mary
It is a lovely village and presumably was relatively unscathed from the war .
You'd be lucky to live somewhere that pretty 😊
