  1. When I make french toast I always make the whole loaf, even for one person. I cool, then freeze the leftovers. Then I reheat the slices in the toaster during the week. I always thank past me for doing that. 😊

  2. Sweet French toast seems alien to me😂, as here in Aus French Toast is normally a savoury dish. We eat it with salt and pepper. So fascinating seeing it done differently😊.

  3. The first microwave that my husband and I had when we first married, had a hold warm feature on it. I used it every time we made french toast and thanked my Dad since he got it for us.

  4. "Our scale is done. I never needed it in the first place" had me rolling!! 😂😂😂😂 I'm making this French toast using croissant bread.

  5. I love that you did this recipe. I was wondering how to make French toast last night. Another great way to make French Toast is to melt a quart of vanilla ice cream and just soak your bread in it. Then fry. Thank you Jacques Pepin’!
