I lived in paris for several months, and i ate what i was given, and it was delicious. The menu is the way it is because thought has been put into the combination of ingredients to make it good. And dinner was at 10pm after a couple of hours of talking and with glasses of great wine. Going out for a meal was to talk, enjoy the music, people watch, and savour the food.
