Vanilla Sponge French Toast

Ingredients:
2 eggs (approximately 120g)
2 tbsp sugar (approximately 25g)
1 tsp Vanilla extract
Fresh cream 70gms
Pinch of cinnamon powder (approximately 0.5g)
Pinch of salt (approximately 0.5g)
Butter for toasting (approximately 10g)
1-2 slices vanilla sponge cake (about 150g, depending on size)

Method:
1. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, sugar, vanilla extract, Amul fresh cream, cinnamon powder, and salt until the mixture is well-combined and slightly frothy.

2. Heat a pan and add a little butter to toast the vanilla sponge cake slices. Place the cake slices in the pan and lightly toast them on both sides until golden and crisp.

3. Once the cake slices are toasted, pour the whipped egg mixture over the cake slices until they are nicely soaked.

4. Let the cake soak in the mixture for a minute or two, allowing the flavors to absorb.

5. Transfer the soaked and toasted cake slices to a plate.

6. Add a dollop of flavored butter (such as the strawberry-flavored butter from earlier) on top for a touch of sweetness and richness.
