Want PERFECT French fries? Here’s how:

Peel & Cut your potatoes into even sticks.

Soak in cold water for 30 mins to remove starch.

Dry completely—moisture = soggy fries!

First Fry at 325°F (160°C) until soft but not browned.

Cool, then double fry at 375°F (190°C) until golden & crispy!

Top with Parmesan cheese & fresh parsley for that gourmet finish.
