  1. My stupid ass realizing ive accidentally made kai jeow more times than i can count simply because i couldn't be bothered to check recipes

  2. As much as I know how to cook these eggs. Sadly, I have to cook them until they are basically firm and on the edge of overcooked……just how some people in my family likes them. Annoys me.

Meanwhile, I like my overeasy and runny yoke. Well, I try. Some times I cook them a little too long and it firms up. shrug*….now I want eggs. *goes and fries up some eggs

  4. This is so funny that ispite of being not a Thai family, I have grown by eating Kai Jeaw. Even I'm going to eat it today as well with a dish called Khichuri

  5. uhhhhh for me i like to call the thai omlet a Philippine egg dush butttttttt its with a medium to little amount of oil and just do the same steps as the thai omlet

  6. I don’t like it when my eggs brown in any way. The taste is so gross. I will admit that when it is only pale pale brown it doesn’t taste horrible, but the slightest increase in the browning kills the whole thing. But I also like my eggs closer to fully cooked. I guess I’m an egg brat.

  7. I just put the scrambled eggs in the pan on high heat and flip it for a nice and brown touch from both sides
