Chardonnay's complete journey! Wine? It''s a question of grape variety, but also of terroir (including climate) and barrel aging!
I never knew about the « ABC Anything But ChardonnayΒ Β» movement π but I was aware of it becoming all the rage and then, well, not so much. Now that I know how varied and versatile it is I will explore a bit deeper. My favourite among the ones mentioned is the New Zealand Marlborough, but do they do a Marlborough Chardonnay as well as a Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc?
