Named after the Bordeaux-born Roman poet Decimus Magnus Ausonius, Chateau Ausone is a legacy rooted in Saint-Émilion. This wine dinner has to be the most memorable wine experience I have had in recent years. I was in awe of their wines – the depth, complexity, and grace – it was extraordinary. Having Edouard Vautheir talk about the vineyards’ spirit and lores while sipping history made every vintage come to life. What a night to remember! 🌙✨🍷
