Thank you for this culinary video. Your grandmother is an excellent confectioner. Baking is not my think. I gladly watch the preparation of clafoutis and learn the relevant vocabulary.

Juste une petite précision , le clafoutis aux cerises : avec les noyaux , ils donneront un goût d'amandes ( qui sont à l'intérieur du noyau ) au clafoutis ☺️
bonjour Ingrid. Prestation très agréable. Cette nouvelle DA vou sied à merveille. On sent que vous vous êtes amusée. Toujours est-il que la pâtisserie est une affaire très exigeante. Bon nombre de professionnels le confirmeraient. Je me suis dit que cette vidéo serait une bonne occasion d'expliquer le vocabulaire utilisé en cuisine : Batterie de cuisine, chinois, piano, maryse, etc, des mots que l'on ne s'attendrait pas entendre dans un tel cadre. Merci Ingrid! Waouh, c'était excellent. J'ai souvent fait du clafoutis aux cerises, mais jamais avec d'autres fruits. Il faut absolument que j'essaie avec des mangues, mon fruit préféré !
