It’s better than French fries. I could eat it every day.
Ingredients:
1kg potatoes
Water
Salt
Olive oil
2 tablespoons panko breadcrumbs
tablespoons cornstarch
150g grated parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon dried parsley
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Black pepper to taste
Coriander
Preparation time:
Cook for 7 minutes
Oven at 200°C for 20 minutes #shorts
