Yes he could have told her the truth, instead, what he did was, grab her by the neck with both hands and after that he slapped her. How can she not think otherwise, that he was having an affair. A little too late for what he wants now. Good luck with your life and think better when you do fall in love again.❤
She should have found another job right after her husband and mistress moved her to her company. She endured the humiliation and didn't deserve it. She can never give him a second chance he disrespected her and owed it to his wife to tell her the truth.
