Big Mac; Two all beef patties, special sauce, lettuce, cheese, pickles, onions , on a sesame seed bun. If you grew up in the 1970's, this jingle will be forever stuck in your head!!
I dont no if its actually true but i read that fast food chains in America use meat that isnt for human consumption they mix if with stuff to make it eddable
When the governments tax pot is what pays for everyone’s health care it’s in the governments best interest to ban a lot of the nasty stuff, in the US the government doesn’t benefit from banning these things.
We used to have 3 ingredients fries, tallow salt and potato. Then the vegans got all mad cuz it was cooked in tallow and now we have crap fries. It is bs.
I like that neither of these two understands what he is saying, but they automatically decide it is going to kill then, more than fat food already does.
You know I believe the specific oil names have to do with the laws here where every little different in any way thing in food must be labeled. Still there are a lot more than they stated look it up.
The ingredients are different because of suppliers and regulations of what must be listed as an ingredient. The US is more stringent in its requirements of what must be listed (basically everything must be listed as opposed to only the major ingredients must be listed).
Most of these ingredients are perfectly fine. You gotta actually know what the ingredient is before you start cowering from it. And the number of ingredients in a thing may be an ok rule of thumb but is generally not accurate for actually determining if something is healthy or not. For example xanthan gum is a thickening agent that is considered safe in reasonable amounts and actually has some health benefits. The only ones that I saw that are actually problematic are the hydrogenated oil and the high fructose corn syrup
This is a nice allegory for american freedom: corporations are allowed to manipulate the people and get them addicted so that they'll stay stupidly placid so long as they get their fix.
For the UK fries, he didn't specify which type of oil, and for the USA fries, most if not all of the other ingredients can be bunched together into just "oil." Not disagreeing, I would argue UK fries are more healthy than American fries (this is coming from a brit) just saying, this could also be said about other food, like burgers.
Yes a lot of these additives were banned by the European Union and the British government passed legislation to reduce sugars in a variety of foods a few years ago.

American food is disgustingly unhealthy
You dont have to eat it if yall stopped eating it they would stop serving it.
I'm actually sacred for the Americans 😂
McDonald's used to use beef tallow in the fries and it was less artificial but they stopped using it in the late 80s
I think Dextrose is a type of sugar or sweetener. Lemme know if I got it right, but I'm sure it's a sweetener.
Soy Lecithin isn't the worst, but that's concerning for a Big Mac.
Zanthan gum is just a thickener of sauces like mayo etc not bad for u but will be in the Big Mac sauce
People need protection from them selfs 😭
This is why people say food in the uk is bland
It’s not bland it just doesn’t have all the extra crap

People complain about it but get angry and freak out when rfk is ejected in charge of the us health organizations
Uk boils all the meat
You guys are basically eating chemicals which are probably meant for preserving dead bodies and fertilizers in the farm whatnot.
Dextrose is sugar, why the hell would you put sugar in french fries????
Xantham gum is fine, it’s just an emulsifier.
Enter RFK
We dont have the poison
I understand that the health of Americans is an incredibly big business.

Word of advice: stay clear of ALL fast food restaurants and ANY type of processed food. God gave us ingredients and skills to make use of them.

Dextrose sounds like a pixar villain
All that extra sugar makes it sound like every meal from an American McDonalds is a pudding 😂😂

Dextrose is corn sugar, the main ingredient in corn syrup. Not great for fries

Xantan gum is a thickener, and it's not dangerous
Average American calling that healthy
It's the reason you need to stop eating that garbage
bro why is there 4 different oils in french fries lol
Part of the reason is that most US food additives are illegal for human consumption in the UK.

There is no salt in the American recipie for French fries, that makes sense
What else should fries contain😂😂
Okie dokie. When i found out how hotdogs were made i stopped eating cold turkey. Working on Mc Donalds.
