Johann’s French Omelet 🍳✨

Ingredients
For the Omelet:
🍳 2 large eggs
🥛 2 oz milk or water
🧈 1-2 tsp unsalted butter
🧀 2 oz cheese (your choice)
🥓 2 slices bacon, julienned/pre-browned
🧂 Salt & cracked pepper to taste
🌿 A few parsley leaves, julienned

Method
1. Prepare Eggs: Crack the eggs into a bowl, beat with milk or water. Set aside. 🍳🥛
2. Cook Bacon: Brown the bacon in a skillet until crispy, then set aside. 🥓🔥
3. Melt Butter: In a non-stick skillet, melt butter over medium heat until dissolved and bubbling. (do not let it brown). 🧈🍳
4. Cook Eggs: Pour the egg mixture into the skillet, cooking gently while stirring until the eggs start to set. (at this point add salt and cracked pepper) 🥄🌟
5. Add Bacon & Cheese: reduce heat to low, and sprinkle on bacon and cheese. Allow to sit on low for 20-30 seconds🧀🥓
6. Fold & Finish:Fold the omelet in a classic french 3 fold (seem facing down). ✨🍳
7. Garnish: Garnish with thinly sliced parsley. 🌿🧂
8. Serve: Slide onto a plate, and enjoy your delicious, creamy omelet! 😋🍽️
