I said this on the cookie baking video. The reason they looked God awful is because that moron used baking soda instead of baking powder- it 100% makes a difference! I knew it the minute I saw them and then we got the ingredient list, "bicarbonate of soda", that is baking soda. I'm a novice baker and cookies, cake, and pie are my specialties- I have tried many substitutes and baking soda just isn't it! They were definitely cooked all the way and overly dry because there was way too much flour added as well.

Legit the only time I have had m my parents in the room with me was when I was a minor. I also brought my dad in with me to a psychiatrist appointment for some backup to justify my symptoms because my bipolar diagnosis was not easy to get. Having someone else who can advocate with you and who knows you very well can be advantageous in Canada because it’s very easy to get dismissed due to lack of infrastructure 😔

LOVE that she ordered a regular cold foam cappuccino & just had them ADD SF syrups on top. The drink itself already has over 30g carbs & near that in sugar because of the whole milk, etc. lmao. Also, her "healthy/healthier" breakfast that it comes out she ate during the same time from McDonalds… WITH the english muffin, = 36g carbs. To an out of control diabetic, carbs=sugar. Well over 66g carbs in 2 seconds. smdh. Love that for her. She can fool herself, not other diabetics who KNOW better . Her pasta idea, again.. smdh. Just say NO to pasta, bread, rice, potato. Oh & just in case any of her vulnerable followers land here for even a moment, please do NOT follow her lead/advice. If you really have a craving for that sandwich, order it like this… Sausage/ham or bacon McMuffin. NO muffin & add an egg. Use the 2 round eggs as the "bun". Very minimal to no carb.
She is a tourist, imho DEF just went to the dr. to get her insulin refilled. She's STILL on the trial/starter dose & never went for any follow up. Her A1c being 10, impossible. For one, A1c is a blood draw from a lab.. NOT instant results. If they took a finger-stick, with all she had been eating, there's zero chance her blood glucose was 10/180mg/dl. Not even fasting (which, she wasn't… said she had another of those carb/sugar filled coffees on the way!!!!!)
Can you imagine what Sally is telling the doctor? I can hear them chatting about her right in front of her, knowing she knows all of three words in Arabic. I think she has never gone to a hospital, but her visits were all to a tourist medical clinic because she doesn’t want a record of her medical issues in an actual hospital.
