Your recipe doesnt work, not enough Water
Tries croissant for the first time last year in October while in paris, then in China and now that im back home i ak genuinely misisng it and need a croissant in my mouth.
I can Guarantee if you do that the croissant will Be nothing but just Butter leaking everywhere with a pancake croissant because she put a lot of Flour and didn't let the dough rest for 24 hours
