  1. I can totally see the attic as a largely independent space for a parent, adult child or a rotating set of visiting friends. With a kitchenette, bathroom, lounge and either two bedrooms or a bedroom and a home office, they could really enjoy not being under your feet downstairs!

  2. Not for me but quite interesting.
Many thnks for taking time to present these homes.
    Brotherly love from Australia.

  3. “Sales talk”, no windows in a bed room is completely out of the question, living room area is not cosy but far too small.

  4. That bedroom with no windows couldn't be a bedroom in a great many countries around the world since there isn't any natural light or air circulation. The location oc the kitchen and huge formal dining room is quite inconvenient to say the least. Orverall the home is gorgeous, but the layout is something I wouldn't want to deal with. One benefit, if you were able bodied, you wouldn't at all need a stair master in your gym space. 😂 😂

  5. This is the most poorly designed layout I’ve ever seen. The kitchen is how from the dining room???? And the :bedroom without a window is totally depressing …. It’s like a prison cell. The dining room is lovely but it’s all so disconnected and not very friendly. Pass.
