How does you being a chef at a resort make you an expert on skiing? Also what you’re describing simply isn’t accurate maybe for a couple of resorts but usually you’re not getting wine and cheese platters lmao it’s beer and fries in most European resorts too
I dont think French resorts are much higher than Colorado/North America (in fact i think we have higher lift served peaks) but being much farther North, their treelines are much lower
4 times more expensive? We just priced a French ski trip and it would be comparable to skiing and staying in Aspen! You clearly do not know what you are talking about.

Tahoe (North Star) has been ridiculously expensive. It is a rip off without the season pass

Now, I have visited Turkey and France. Next year, I will ski in Austria😊
