Cold spells in April are hardly unprecendented. Not every weather event is due to "climate change". It is called "normal variation".

There are now many great wine producing areas in the world. Late spring frosts are nothing new in France. Viticulturists explained it to me when I Lived In Bordeaux nearly 50 years ago. They called it la lune russe. Blaming it on climate change this time therefore hardly seems credible. Australia is looking for new markets for its excellent wines since China taxed them out of their markets. In the US we produce oceans of fabulous wines, as good as any in the world.

Climate change is the reason for this disaster as they say ….But responsibility rests on peoples of this planet only!?
Nature doesn't know GDP, yearly agriculture yield, FMCG products increase, so the valuable learning humans need to retain is to live along with nature. Becoming locovores in food consumption, globe trotters in fighting for natural environment with forests & wildlife.
