SAVE THIS‼️ This high-end Japanese restaurant in Singapore has a new affordable weekend brunch programme! ☀️
Located in the famous @marinabaysands and helmed by Chef Tetsuya Wakuda, @wakudasingapore is an upscale Japanese restaurant that infuses French culinary techniques into their food. The decor is inspired by the vibrant alleyways of Golden Gai, balancing both luxury and calculated mayhem. 👺
They have just launched a new Weekend Brunch programme starting from $88++ per person, which consists of a 4-course menu. It starts off with their Flan which is the creamiest 𝘤𝘩𝘢𝘸𝘢𝘯𝘮𝘶𝘴𝘩𝘪 ever known to mankind, and the Mixed Salad that’s more of a disappointment to us. But things started to improve when the Sushi Platter came out, comprising of seasonal 𝘯𝘪𝘨𝘪𝘳𝘪 and their signature Spicy Salmon Maki. 🐟
There’s also 7 different options to choose from for mains. We got the Miso Cod that’s perfectly cooked with a strong buttery flavour; you know they’ve done it right if they only serve you a wooden spoon to eat with your fish. We also got the Wagyu Tenderloin which was not bad, but not our most favourite cut.
If you’re looking to go ham, there’s also the option to add-on bottomless cocktails from $68++. If not, the non-alcoholic option of $48++ is also perfect, with imported sparkling tea that’s delicious.
