its the 3rd Sunday or 3rd Thursday of November that they auction the wine, as I remember I come across one of the video which mentioned a 3rd Thursday for something else in Burgundy.

Honestly, not that impressive interview and answers. He did not explain the unique characteristic of the soil, climates, process just some general knowledge. We all know burgundy is so special because of the history. Absolutely. Disappointing interview
